WASHINGTON (AICR) — How late is
it okay to eat at night?
You've probably heard that if you
eat after a certain time in the evening, all the calories you eat will be stored

Is
Flab Best Eliminated By Diet Or Exercise?

WASHINGTON (AICR) — Is flab
around the waist best eliminated through diet or exercise?
"Flab" that is due to
sagging, untoned muscles means you need exercise to strengthen the muscles in
that area. Various kinds of crunches (the new and improved version of sit-ups)

On the other hand, excess body fat,

Place
all ingredients but almonds into food processor and process until smooth, like
