Is Flab Best Eliminated By Diet Or Exercise?

WASHINGTON (AICR) — Is flab around the waist best eliminated through diet or exercise?

"Flab" that is due to sagging, untoned muscles means you need exercise to strengthen the muscles in that area. Various kinds of crunches (the new and improved version of sit-ups) help strengthen the abdominal muscles.

Chocolate Decadence Pudding
Don't tell anyone what is in this. They will love it, THEN you can tell them!

Serving Comment:       Eight 1/3 cup servings

Servings:      8.0         Calories/Serving:          76.47         PCF Ratio:     28-45-27

 

TOFU, SILKEN, LIGHT FIRM -                                                                                                   21 oz

COCOA, UNSWEETENED - Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened                                                     1/3 cup

FRUCTOSE -                                                                                                                           1/3 cup

VANILLA EXTRACT -                                                                                                                1/2 tsp

ALMOND, DRY ROASTED - dry-roasted, unsalted, chopped                                                        3 tbsp

 

Place all ingredients but almonds into food processor and process until smooth, like pudding. Divide into eight 1/3 cup servings. At serving, place scant 1 teaspoon of almonds on top of pudding. Keep refrigerated
