As a DIET 4U ONLINE member of
our weight loss and maintenance program, you will receive an individualized
initial assessment, weight goals, weekly menus, recipes, weekly shopping
lists, and exercise calorie expenditure reports, all based on your
activity levels, gender, weight, age and food preferences. You
will also have a private E-mail number to contact your dietetic counselor.
News letters, diet tips and emotional support will be sent privately
to your E-mail account.
Do not confuse us with the other programs out there that supply

plan is TRULY for you only, with your weekly personal meal plan sent to

it will improve your health and accelerate your weight loss by burning
body fat and building lean muscle mass. We will track the exercise
you already do, and suggest new exercises. We will track your
daily exercise calories, record the exercises you perform, the
intensity and their duration in minutes. This is than entered
into your assessment and your Meal Plan is updated.
